1.) Master/Slave connected to wrong WiFi
- Go to the settings of the device and check if the device is in the GASTROFIX WiFi.
2.) IP-Address different than it is set up in the cloud
- Go to the device's settings and press the WLAN name. A window with an IP address opens. In the normal case it is: 192.168.7.41
- In the cloud go to Setup -> Hardware -> Devices and check if both IP addresses are identical
- If this is not the case, please set the IP address so that it matches again.
