In the event of a scheduled shutdown of the POS-System, the entrepreneur is obliged to draw up a final document (out-of-commissioning). The final receipt must be printed out and kept in accordance with § 132 BAO.
A final document with the GASTROFIX POS-System (app) can be created under "Settings" -> "Signing Procedures" (see Figure 1). This causes the POS-System to be logged out of the cloud and the final document to be generated.
The scheduled shutdown of a POS-System has to be registered at FinanzOnline
A logged-out POS-System can only be restarted by registering again on FinanzOnline. To be able to continue using the POS after the update, a new registration of the POS is therefore required:
The following data must be provided for the registration of a POS-System:
POS-System Identification Number: Enter the POS-System identification number in the input field. In the GASTROFIX Cloud, the field is displayed in the tab "FinancialOnline Data" with the designation "Cash ID Number".
Remark: Optionally, a remarks to the POS-System can be entered for easier recognition and assignment up to 256 characters in length. In the cloud, the contents of the "Comment" field can be taken over. This "Comment" in the cloud can be customized as desired.
User Key AES-256: Enter the user key AES-256 in the input field with a length of 44 characters. The user key is used to decrypt the machine-readable code contained in the document. This automatically generated key in the GASTROFIX Cloud environment can be found in the field labeled "User Key AES-256" .
The check value for user keys (4-digit code) does not have to be entered and can be ignored when registering the GASTROFIX POS system.
By clicking on "Register" , the data entered for registering a POS-System is transmitted to the financial administration.
As soon as the POS-System has been re-registered with FinanzOnline, the GASTROFIX app must be deleted from the device and the new version downloaded from the App Store. (Please note that the business day is closed and all data is synchronized with the cloud.
After the installation of the app has been completed and the POS-System has been connected to your company, you can start up again.
