If you send us articles back, because they are defective or have been purchased by mistake, please enclose the completed return and complaint form in the package with the return shipment.
You can ask for the RMA-No. at the support or fill it out with your customer number. Please it if you use your customer number.
Please make sure that the parcels are sufficiently stamped. We will charge you for the cost of freight collect packages.
