The filter function can be found in the Cloud under the tab "Reporting". The following filters are available.
- Order Filter
- Revenue Filter
- Product Filter
- Journal Filter
- Customer Filter
- T&A (Time & Attendance)
The "Order, Revenue, and T&A Filters" also have the option of selecting the filter for a certain period of time. You can find filters here:
If you want to filter how much sales you made within your restaurant last month and how much sales you made on your terrace, there are a number of ways how you can do it. Here an example on how to do it with "Revenue Filters":
You now need to create two "Revenue Filters", which are set as follows:
Once you have saved them, go back to the Cloud and select the tab "Reporting" (now called "Filter") and select "Revenue Reports". Here you can see what you would like to know about these tables, e. g. sales by employee, currency and payment method:
Don't forget to set the filter "Terrace 10-15" or "Restaurant 1-4" before clicking on "Show Preview".
