By extending the invoice layout functionality, it is possible to print merchant and customer invoices for credit card payments.
In order to use the extended layouts, no additional module is required. If merchants or customer invoices are to be used for card payments, a card reader (which is supported by the POS-System) is required. (e.g. SumUp, Payworks or iZettle.)
Configuration & Settings
In order to use the new merchant and customer invoices, special invoice layouts must be created in the cloud.
Important: For experienced users only!
Please only configure the layouts yourself if you already have experience with creating invoice layouts in the GASTROFIX Cloud. You can of course contact our support to create a layout for this.
Creation of Invoice Layouts
You can create the layouts under "Setup" --> "Hardware" --> "Ticket Layout" by clicking on "Add New" :
As soon as the required layouts have been created, they can be assigned in the settings (1) of the corresponding payment method under "Setup" --> "Financial" --> "Payment Methods":
The layouts are available from a drop-down menu. Only one layout type (for example, invoice, retailer document, customer document) can be added for each settlement type. (1):
