GASTROFIX enables you to integrate an additional device as a customer display in the but sales mode (checkout). This allows your customers to see information about their order and payment.
The customer display can be used in the following two variants. Standard Mode and Compact Mode. These differ in the representation and can be selected as desired.
Customer Display: Standard-Mode
The standard mode of the customer display allows you to display your logo and aisles. In contrast to the compact mode, the ordered articles/items are only displayed after the order has been completed.
Before the checkout process: the customer will see the following screen with your order & pre-order on the left and your logo in the center.
After submitting the order at the checkout, the customer can see the items, sorted by article group, as well as the total amount.
If the process is completed via "Pay" at your checkout, the customer display returns to the first screen.
Customer Display: Compact-Mode
The compact mode of the customer display enables a live presentation of the order and payment. The ordered articles/items are displayed immediately as soon as they have been selected by the employee. Furthermore, payment information is displayed to the customer.
