If you want to create a double receipt (production receipt), you can set this up in two different ways. In the following we will show you the necessary steps.
1.) Double Receipt on the same printer
If you want to print an identical production receipt twice, you can do this as follows. Open your restaurant manager (cloud.gastrofix.com) and navigate to the "Printers" tab ("Setup-->Hardware-->Printers").
Now select the printer, which should print the double receipt (in the following example "Kitchen Printer") and create a 1:1 copy. Just change the name for a better overview. (For this example the double printer is deactivated).
Once you have copied the settings 1:1, navigate to your article groups ("Master Data-->Article Groups"). Now select the tab "Print at Ticket-Printer" in the desired article groups and add the "Kitchen Printer Double Receipt" in addition to the kitchen printer.
Now the selected article groups are always printed twice on the printer. You can continue this with any number of article groups.
2.) Double Receipts on different printers
If you want to print an identical production receipt on two different printers, you only have to store another printer for the article groups. This could be, for example, (on the figure above), kitchen printers & invoice printers. The receipt is thus printed both in the kitchen and on the invoice printer.
