If you have purchased and already configured the module "Employee Time Recording", we will now show you how to use and manage it.
To access your time recording overview, tap the "Admin" button in the cash register and navigate to the "Time & Attendance" section in the left-hand column.
- Every employee can start his or her time recording with the "Start" button.
- Here you will find the employee's ID and name, which you have previously created in the GASTROFIX Cloud (cloud.gastrofix.com). (More about employees)
- In the "From" column, you can see when time recording was started by the employee.
- In the "To" column, you can see when an employee has stopped time recording.
- The last column displays the total duration.
Note: Employee time recording is only recorded via "Start" and "Stop". The employees do not have their individual shifts.
