To dig even deeper into your reports, you are able to create filters for your restaurant and branches. The tab Reporting -> Filter and Reporting -> Branch Filter allows you to create and edit filters for the different aspects of your business (orders, turnover, master data, customers, etc.).
Important: Please note, filters are only available for the category they are created for e.g. order-filters only for orders, turnover-filters for turnover, etc.
This article will show you how to create a filter for your branch management. To create a new filter got to Reporting -> Branch Filter -> Order Filter and create a new entry.
In the new screen enter a name for your filter with which you will identify it later. To specify a filter for voided bills on a Wednesday from 12pm to 7pm enter the following info:
Employees: Choose all
Time: 12pm - 7pm
The GASTROFIX-Cloud treats weekdays slightly different from normal calendars. Weekdays are always bound to the current shift. If, for example, the shift is closed after midnight the GASTROFIX Cloud will count orders that were made after 12am on a Wednesday towards Tuesday. This is due to the fact that the business day was opened on Tuesday.
