- If the feature “Icon Library” is used, it is possible to configure icons for the courses.
- Order Screen: Only numeric values can be entered in the “Value” and “Column” fields.
- The PLU of an article can no longer be adjusted using the Grid. (This created a duplicated article instead of changing the PLU)
- Create new article: Adjusted the link in the information text if an already used PLU was entered. In some cases the link did not work as expected.
- Create new employee: When a new employee is created, a random PIN is proposed. It is still possible to configure a different PIN. If a PIN that is already in use is entered manually, a corresponding Message is displayed.
- When creating/editing articles, no error messages are displayed when saving if all data is entered correctly. (UI improvement)
- Germany: As of 01st of January 2018, a new format is required in the DATEV export. The following adjustments have been made to match the new format:
- Mandatory field: “Length of Ledger Account” added.
- “Fiscal Year” is now mandatory
- Field “Locking” added
- Germany: Employee Role in the GoBD Export is displayed correctly in the export.
- Percentage discounts are now limited to a maximum amount of 100 %.
- Reporting Queue: the time is displayed in 24-Hour format.
- Norway only: Adjustments for the Cloud Z-Report required because of the fiscal laws.
- Financial -> Accounts: Improved saving the field “Value”. This prevents display errors if a decimal value is used.
- Businesses, that are not live and are using the new data model (needed for Gastrofix API’s) can successfully go live without data loss.
- Weekly/monthly report via mail: The report that is sent to the user via mail can now be selected individually.
- Currently, the 16 most used reports are available.
- License Management (Zuora): Fixed issue that multiple Master devices could be registered, if a single ongoing license was used in combination with usage-based licenses.
- Branch Management: while transmitting articles to branches it can be selected if deactivated articles should be transmitted or not.
- Guest Check: negative values for the value “automatically print as Guest Check” can no longer be set.
- “Add new” button from Operator -> Restaurant removed.
- Admin-Backend: Instead of the restaurant name and ID a link to the user area is displayed. Now, only one click is needed to get back to the user area.
- Clone business: The trash is no longer cloned.
- If a business is moved to the trash, the connection to possibly existing devices is removed.
- Saving of transaction data improved for transactions, in which the settlement form has been changed.
- Improved confirmation mail for demo access.
