The credit balance of a voucher/creditor is saved in the GASTROFIX Cloud and synchronised with all branches. This allows all branches to use the same set of customers/vouchers without any additional work. Additionallly, saving the customer data in the GASTROFIX Cloud guarantees a safe storage.
Information regarding voucher balance is only transmitted if a request is made inside the app. Furthermore, all requests are saved in the 'Creditor Journal'. Following an example:
If a customer wants to check their balance, a employee with the correct access rights can check the balance with a press on 'Check Balance'. Important: This happens automatically if a voucher is topped-up.
